MEP company has signed a contract for the design, production, delivery, and commissioning of equipped telecommunications containers for optical nodes for the area of Croatia and Slovenia.

In February 2020, the first container was delivered to the Maribor area for our customer, Rune Enia, who is leading the Rural Network Project (RUNE) in Slovenia.

The project is being implemented with the aim of building telecommunications infrastructure to provide ultra-fast broadband fiber-optic infrastructure for users in rural areas of Croatia (Primorje-Gorski Kotar and Istria counties) and Slovenia.

RUNE is building an access network on the Fibre To The Home (FTTH) model (fiber optic to the home) for all potential users in the project coverage area.

MEP has been operating for more than 25 years and is engaged in the production, assembly, and maintenance of equipment for critical power supply and cooling of data centers, telecommunications equipment, industry, and all business and production processes that must not be without power or cooling.
