The integrated maritime simulator has been successfully delivered as part of the MARO – Multidisciplinary Research Centre for Maritime Affairs, Aquaculture and Sustainable Development project

The simulator features an advanced instructor station for exercise supervision and performance monitoring, including CCTV monitoring of trainees. We are especially proud to have delivered the first full-mission bridge equipped with 360-degree visualization powered by the latest Wärtsilä RealSea technology.

RealSea is Wärtsilä‘s next-generation visualization system for maritime simulators. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, it delivers an ultra-realistic representation of the maritime environment, weather conditions, and digital navigation, providing an immersive and highly effective training experience for ship crews.

Integrated into the new generation of NTPRO 7 simulators, RealSea offers:
✅ Outstanding graphics and visual fidelity
✅ Ultra-realistic simulation of challenging sea conditions
✅ Advanced navigation capabilities
✅ Support for the new S-100 digital navigation chart standard through the latest Navi-Sailor 5 ECDIS
Despite a very demanding contractual schedule, the project was successfully completed on time.

A sincere thank you to everyone involved in delivering this project, as well as to our colleagues at the Faculty of Maritime Studies | University of Dubrovnik for their excellent cooperation.
